This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in a marketing agency or creative environment, who understands how to translate business objectives into digital campaigns, branded experiences, and efficient workflows. You should be strategic, organized, and energized by the chance to help clients grow while making Fellow’s processes smarter. Our team-centric approach is integral to everything we do, so we work collaboratively from our Minneapolis office.
