Challenge

After 150 years of medical breakthroughs, the Mayo Clinic’s brand was breaking apart due to inconsistencies. Mayo Clinic’s new CEO set a bold vision for the prestigious institution’s future: further secure its leading edge to provide the best views for all. To realize that vision, it required innovating at a quicker clip through stronger collaboration among its staff.

Opportunity

Fellow shored up the brand to reflect the true visionary spirit of Mayo Clinic that has been—and boldly strives to always be—on the leading edge of patient care.

Outcome

Along with several other department and sub-brand initiatives, we created “Bold. Forward.” This internal campaign provided a near-future glance of what’s possible when the brightest minds in medicine come together. The Mayo Clinic brand is now consistent wherever it appears, confidently owning its “Category of One” position.
