Challenge

Within the traditional healthcare journey, one of the most imperative perspectives is often overlooked: the patient’s.

Opportunity

Create a co-op initiative and campaign for the Minnesota Hospital Association that reminds everyone in the healthcare system to include the patient perspective and voice in every step of a care journey.

Outcome

Fellow created a campaign that is strategically designed not to look or feel like other internal healthcare campaigns. It’s a co-op initiative introduced by the Minnesota Hospital Association, but ownable by any healthcare institution within the state. The mission is to remind and inspire clinic staff to include the patient’s point of view throughout the entire healthcare journey.
